How to install
Gmail: Settings → See all settings → General → Signature → paste with the “Copy signature” button.
Outlook: File → Options → Mail → Signatures → paste into the editor.
Apple Mail: Mail → Settings → Signatures → paste into the right pane.
If formatting drops, use “Copy HTML source” and paste into an HTML-aware signature editor.
