We aim to keep billing simple, transparent, and fair.
Eligibility
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us within 14 days of the transaction. Each refund request is reviewed individually.
EU / UK right of withdrawal
As a consumer in the EU or UK you generally have 14 days to withdraw from a digital purchase. By starting to use the paid features of vcardonce immediately after purchase (for example by publishing a card under the Pro or Multi plan), you give your express consent for performance to begin and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is lost once the service has been fully supplied. Until you start using the paid features, you may request a full refund within 14 days.
Non-refundable cases
Paid plans that have already been actively used to publish or share a card are considered delivered digital goods and are generally not refundable beyond the withdrawal scenario above.
No subscriptions
vcardonce uses pay-once pricing only. There are no recurring charges to cancel and no subscription periods to refund.
How to request a refund
Send an email to hello@blacksheepdigital.co and include:
- The email address used for the transaction.
- Date of payment.
- Amount charged.
- A brief explanation of the issue.
Refunds, when granted, are issued through Stripe to the original payment method.
Resolution
We aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe and resolve billing issues promptly.
